hello room-im new here and was wanting to ask question-i live in chiang mai and have retirement/marrage visa-been here for yrs-friend and i want to build small sail boat to take to phuket-can i do some of work myself or is that a prob with the law-and can i git it regestered in my name or do i need to put in thais name-thank u for your time-phil

I would have thought that provided your building it for your own use it wont be a prob... ?
