Bearings are done and leaks oil. Wondering if anyone knows if it can be restored ?

Main problem here is that Turbo bearings are titanium. Ordinary steel won't last. And what type of bearing do the Thais fit?.......

I used to machine metal...  kinda feel that titanium was not so hard to machine as apposed to ie stainless steel

 

by the way, the shop above wants 15k baht for refurbishment.... NG
