spidermike007
Does Hua Hin even have a marina for boats? One of the reasons the Gulf is of so little interest to yachtsmen is the lack of marinas, service facilities and ports of interest. Is this another case of the Thai officials grossly over estimating their attraction to the outside world? Putting the cart before the horse? In most nations, you build the marinas and facilities, then the yachts come.

Actually the Racer Marina is inland, so protected, and on a wide waterway: https://www.google.co.th/maps/place/Racer+Marina+Hua+Hin/@12.4049533,99.9770832,1799m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m7!3m6!1s0x30fdb23c9903d895:0x74783ae62db1257c!4b1!8m2!3d12.4076566!4d99.9783325!16s%2Fg%2F11b77pz8yn
