I will shortly transfer my pension which I do as an annual event from the UK to my Thai bank account. Does anyone here have experience of transferring a lump sum which exceeds the 700K capital control sum. This is purely for living expenses and also to indicate to Thai immigration in a few months that I have the required finances for the renewal of my retirement visa.
