I guess getting at public hospital would help. I already have tried botox, nerve block, infusions, and all other categories of conventional meds. I much doubt it is available at public hospital but you can try the headache clinic at Chulalongkorn. Even at public hospital the drug cost remains considerable as there are no locally made brands.
