Dog import permit

Featured Replies

Hello, I am wondering if anyone here has done the process of an import permit for their animal arriving in Thailand. I have sent all my documents along with the application to the email provided. I am not getting a response. I have called the numbers listed and am just getting an answering service.  Does anyone have a number to call where I can speak to someone in English?

Unless it's flipped back again recently, they aren't sending import permits in advance any more, you get it on arrival, but they should still be replying to you. Are you emailing the Bangkok office ( [email protected] )? Phuket is notoriously difficult to work with.

This is the info from their email signature

Edit: if you need an import permit in advance because the export country requires one, you'll have to explicitly tell them that and send them some evidence that you need it.
