(1/2) A 20-year-old Mercedes Benz driver was charged with drunk driving and causing harm to another person after he rammed his new car into a motorcycle taxi rider and escaped, said police Thursday. The incident took place on Sunday at night at Rama IX Intersection. #Thailand (2/2) The driver confessed but said he wasn't aware he hit someone & sped away because he found himself surrounded by 20 motorcyclist taxi drivers.
