Thailand saw 446,936 foreign tourists in the first week of May 2023, a slight decline due to the end of the long holiday in many regions, said the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Tourism and Sports.

A MAN who was arrested in the murder of a half Thai and British youth in Lampang province last Sunday (May 7) confessed after lengthy interrogation that he did commit the crime after being double-crossed in a drug deal, TV Channel 7 said (May 9).

A senior Royal Thai Army (RTA) officer shot dead a junior officer whom he suspected of stealing belongings from his residence in the central province of Lob Buri.
