You cannot get it legally and there are very heavy penalties for posession. Do not even think about bringing it in from abtoad. The only alternatives here to methylphendates are: Atomoxetine (Strattera) Armodafinal (Nuvigil) Both of these are controlled drug and not sold OTC. Need to get from a hospital or clinic.
