BigT73
Hi all, I am looking to visit Thailand pretty soon for less than 30 days, I am from a western country and don't require a visa. Pre Covid - Just fly in. During Covid, I had to stay in the quarantine hotel with pre arranged ride, vax certificates, covid insurance and return ticket. I was just wondering what the current entry requirements are? My local thai embassy website doesn't mention any entry rules.

DrJack54
No entry requirements. The airline at departure may want to see onward flight for visa exempt travel. A print out of your return flight is good idea or screenshot on cell
VBF
Pretty much back to "pre-Covid" situation. People suggest having equivalent of 20,000 Baht in currency on you when you arrive. This is apparently a rule, but I've NEVER been asked to show it since 1985!!! I personally don't like to arrive anywhere without some local cash but that's my choice. Oh and a VERY FEW places are still requiring masks (SCB on Pattaya Klang for example) so perhaps stick one in your hand luggage. Bon voyage
