Only through rabbit rewards, only by using the rabbit app and paying by QR code and banking app. So it's not only that your passport has to be linked to the rabbit card (and all your trips are surveyed), they want much more of your personal data. 15 trips 630 baht, 25 trips 1020 baht, 35 trips also available. Unattractive prices if you live in the "old" BTS area, lets say between Morchit and Onnut.
