We arrived at the hospital at 1130, eye clinic doesn't open till 5.30pm, so I suppose they are private hospital doctors.

Registered on the que and will wait.

Opening at 5:30 is the semi-private ("after hours") channel. Public channel is open daytime...but have to arrive at break of dawn for it.

Hospital in Kon Kean.

Ok, I could have guessed. They spell themselves Srinagarind (not much to any rule).

Huge complex. was there a few times when the granddaughter was hospitalized.

If you're referring to Srinagarind Hospital, I checked their website, and it appears that there are eye doctors available at the after-hours clinic every day, but it's not a 24-hour service. On weekdays, they open from 16:30 to 20:00, and on weekends, they open from 9:00 to 12:00. I would advise you to check with them directly to confirm.

Not sure you can just turn up at 1630.

From what I understand is that you register and form a que.

The registration cuts off at 12md.

This is what I understood from my visit, but I could be wrong.

As it was my wife was No. 12 in the que but blew out to 21 as the paperwork from the register mob was late arriving at the Eye Clinic.

Don't worry too much about social distancing as we were packed tightly into the initial check rooms.

If you're a fan of the Government hospitals you'de be used to seat hopping and no social distancing.
