July 1, 20233 yr My sim suddenly stopped working (can't make any call or use mobile data, but I have a full package bundled with my home internet connection and it's unlimited) and I can't find a way to communicate in English with TRUE. I tried 1242 and the live chat but there isn't any English option. Can anyone help? Thanks
July 1, 20233 yr I had an issue two days ago and called 1242 Option 9. The True Rep spoke English and the issue was resolved.
