"At the scene, a male human piece was found around the head. Legs and body were cut off. The piece of meat measures approximately 50 cm wide. Approximately 5 kilos of weight and parts of intestine were placed in a black bag, covered with a 2nd layer of green plastic bag, placed in another layer of fertilizer sack, left on the cement site for recycling. Currently under investigation by police."
