fvw53
My 62 year old Thai wife suffers more and more from cervical spondylosis (arthritis of the neck) The neurologist she consults rejects trying medical cannabis and continues to prescribe the usual medication. Does somebody have a good experience with medical cannabis which does not get you "high" and preferably can be taken by mouth? Eventually where to buy it and which brand name? BritManToo
Indica 15-20%THC works best for my arthritis. Pain totally gone, joints returned to normal size, strength regained. Smoke 0.5gm just before bed and you won't feel any high. If it has 'punch' in the name it'll probably work (Tropical Punch, Critical Orange Punch). If it has 'kush' in the name it probably won't work (Lemon Kush). Sativa does nothing for me. Edited August 7, 2023 by BritManToo
wombat
I am not a doctor and this doesn't answer your question. my grandfather had chronic arthritis ...he would spray WD-40 (fish oil) on the affected area and rub it in. it worked for him. watgate
Wombat- You have me confused. You said your grandfather used WD-40 fish oil worked for your grandfather. Was it the oil WD-40 he used or was it an actual fish oil? I never heard the term fish oil used for WD-40 so please clarify what he actually used for his arthritis. Thanks.

Michaelaway
Is WD-40 safe to ingest? Swallowing may cause gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness and other central nervous system effects. This product is an aspiration hazard. If swallowed, can enter the lungs and may cause chemical pneumonitis, severe lung damage and death.

The exact formula is proprietary but it contains petroleum distillates, similar to lacquer and paint thinners. I'd sure be hesitant to rub into my skin. Surasak
Is it possible to buy a CBD Gel for external use? If so, from where, as I am really not into this kind of thing. Any suggestions gratefully received.
TimBKK
We just bought 30ml of CBD oil from Sundara - won’t get you high and use a dropper for under the tongue - very good reviews online. Good chance it helps with pain, if I were to guess. https://happylyfe.in.th/th/product/wellness-retreat-th/rest-relax-cbd-th/new-to-cbd-th/น้ำมันซีบีดี-น้ำมัน-cbd-sundara-organic-mint-flavor-5/ https://healthfoodthailand.com/en/cbd-oil-sundara-organic-mint-flavor.html https://www.highthailand.com/strain/sundara-cbd-oil/

Is it not possible to get the THC in the oil form ...... so that i can just swallow it ? thanks...rumak

Don't know, I prefer to avoid the unknowns of extracts. Joint pain I've had for 20 years since 45yo, totally gone for the past 3 years.
