Hi Friends,  Hope you can help.

I bought the AIS MaoMao (on top)  1 year/ 6mp unlimited AIS plan  a few months ago.

But it stopped, after changing the  "main package" 

Which main package package should  I keep on the phone so the on top unlimited plan will work?   

The Ais office is too far away to go in for help. Thank you

Phone is Samsung.  works fine w/ AIS

Call 1175 and speak to a Customer Service Agent. They should be able to help you.

I think your weekly buffet 55b TALK PLAN somehow wiped out your Internet On-Top Plan. 

 

Honestly, it is all rather confusing that's why I always talk to customer service and tell them exactly what I want. I have the Internet On-Top Plan(4Mbps). 

I have unlimited Internet at 1 Mbps. I don't have a "main package."
