A disturbing incident unfolded in Kalasin Province as a group of around 20 teenagers armed with weapons like knives and baseball bats targeted homes, resulting in injuries to three children.

On August 8th, Mr. Watchara Saenhan and Mrs. Bualaa Saenhan reported the matter, providing photographic evidence and CCTV footage to local authorities. Arriving on motorcycles and pickup trucks, the group caused property damage and physically assaulted children in two separate instances, leaving victims with injuries.

Mrs. Bualaa Saenhan, 60, recounted that the teenagers came twice: around 3 AM on August 6th and again approximately at 10 PM the following night, attacking her grandchildren and their friends, reported Siam Rath.

The assaults included the use of metal bars, leading to severe injuries. Taken aback by the gravity of the assaults, the local residents have urgently demanded prompt intervention from law enforcement authorities.

Mr. Watchara Saenhan, an experienced construction worker and uncle of two injured children, expressed deep concern for their safety and emphasized the urgency of bringing the culprits to justice.

Preliminary investigations suggest the teenagers hail from neighboring villages, located about 4 kilometers apart.
