Renting a condo in Jomtien ?

I am looking at renting a condo in the Jomtien area in about 5 months time.

 

Looking at size about 30 sqm,  just for myself,  budget between 6,000 to 8,000 per month.

 

Any recommendations for a nice condo in the Jomtien area,   ideally with a nice view.
