Agree. Strange plan. Most countries try to promote the use of their currency. If the US didn't back its currency up with guns and bombs, they would be a goner, petrodollar ...   ????

Its simple,

 

if you have more foreign currency in your national banks the currency is less value and your currency is getting stronger.
