Popular Post swm59nj
The cheapest barbers when I lived in Bangkok averaged 400 or 500 baht. The majority of the customers were locals. Of course it depends what someone defines as expensive or cheap Edited August 16, 2023 by swm59nj 1

fredwiggy
Costs 50 baht to get a good cut where I live. The man or woman spends a lot of time, including using a razor on the neck. Sorry it's an 8 hour drive from Bangkok.

kingstonkid
14 minutes ago, ujayujay said: Yeah pay cheap, get a cheap charlie cut NO because the reason tht most barbers are sharging so much is that they hve to pay higher rents. Come out to places outside the city where it is cheaper to live and 100 baht haircuts is the norm and there is nothing wrong with them.

brotherother
My go-to was Lek Barber on Sukhumvit soi 23, just before soi Cowboy. Hard for them to mess up though as I'd only ever get a head shave. Good luck.
garygooner
As has been suggested go where the locals go. Keep away from the downtown tourist areas. I pay 120 baht for a decent cut. There are a number of barbers in Phrakanong & Onnut.
Etaoin Shrdlu
I pay 100 baht at the local barber. My son complained that the last time he went to that barber, he got a bad haircut. That's nothing. I get a bad haircut every time I go. But for 100 baht, there's really no such thing as a bad haircut.

rimmae2
Soi Setthi Thai Sap between Sukhumvit 16 and 22. On Sukhumvit 22 there is a barber shop that has been in the same location for 30 years or more, cost is about 100 Baht, Easy Cut has many locations - cost is 150 Baht. There are many barber shops even in expensive areas that have survived with the cost in some ass low as 60 Baht.
