killblues Posted August 18, 2023 Share Posted August 18, 2023 Hi all, maybe a daft question but I just want to check - can my wife apply for a uk settlement visa whilst she still has an in-date 6 months visitors visa or would she have to wait until the end date of the visitors visa ?
