webfact
In a brutal act of violence, a 67 year old man was shot and killed last night in his home in Songkhla, Thailand. The perpetrator swiftly fled the scene, stealing the victim’s gun and motorcycle. Police are meticulously investigating the case, which they believe was driven by a long-standing grudge. The deceased, identified as Arun, a 67 year old local, was found lying face down outside his home. His body bore multiple gunshot wounds. On inspection of the crime scene, police discovered various spent shells, including one shotgun shell, four 9mm shells, and three 11mm shells, in addition to two shotgun shells discovered on the road. Approximately 30 metres from the house, the perpetrator’s motorcycle, a Honda Wave 125 with the registration number 1G3628, was found abandoned. by Nattapong Westwood Photo courtesy of KhaoSod Full story: https://thethaiger.com/hot-news/crime/67-year-old-thai-man-fatally-shot-motorcycle-and-gun-stolen-in-suspected-grudge-killing -- Thai PBS 2023-08-25 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. The perp was really tooled up for this one. Or they both were armed and had an exchange of fire?

In Thai reporting the '11 mm' usually refers to the ubiquitous .45"ACP round fired from Colt 1911 pistol available on the black market..A favourite of drive-by shooters on the pillion of a motorcycle. Thanks. Well he really over did it then shotgun gun blast heavy hitting .45 and Some 9mm must be trying to make a point. I thought 11mm maybe some obscure French or German 20th century service round gained popularity here somehow?
