The recent case involving Mr. Khanotpitnuthep Jakraphopmahadecha, also known as "K Roi Lan," who drove recklessly and confronted a 22-year-old man in Chiang Mai province until it turned violent, occurred near the Doi Suthep Tourist Police Station in Suthep sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai district.

 

Most recently, a social media user named @Gaming789 posted a video of "K Roi Lan" standing in the middle of the road on the opposite side of Lanna Hospital on Chiang Mai's Super Highway, reported Sanook.

 

 

He proudly displayed an image of the royal insignia, shouted loudly, and refused to let cars pass, causing several vehicles to come to a halt. When the vehicles attempted to pass, "K Roi Lan" tried to block them, nearly causing a collision.

 

The video, posted on September 15th, coincides with the day of the previous violent incident, leading to speculation that "K Roi Lan" intended to cause trouble on the road before driving to the tourist police station and facing further altercations. Netizens argue that such behavior provokes anger and poses a risk of accidents on the road.

Yep think its the same guy with the snakes at Central.  Mentally ill or not you cant lock him up?  He has money and there are so many who can be paid off, look at Thaksin as a prime example.

Too much freedom, if he likes parading around so much enlist him at the nearest barracks for six months.
