Quiet would be a criteria I m currently in Na kluea for 5500 plus bills, a big studio fully furnished, but neighboring rooms are each shared by 2/3 and even 4 people. I have a 1 year rental lease of a condo I'm renting from a landlord. If I want to stay for another 3-4 months, how does it usually work? Do I need to ask the rental agent for another 3-4 month lease extension or can I just tell the agent I want to stay on and continue on a periodical basis of a month by month basis, on the same rental terms, after my 1 year lease has finished?

1.3 million is an extraordinary number — but the real question is why they’re eligible and what they’ve contributed in taxes before claiming. If someone has genuinely settled in the UK, worked and paid into the system, that’s one thing. Importing people into a welfare system where benefits become an expectation is another.
