BANGKOK, Oct 5 (TNA) — Commander of the Metropolitan Police Division 1 on Wednesday signed the order transferring five senior police at Din Daeng police station to inactive posts and will be investigated after a gambling den was found operating in their jurisdiction area.

A special team of the Department of Provincial Administration raid a gambling den at Prachasongkroh Soi 6 at Din Daeng, Bangkok on Tuesday evening. Some 50 gamblers were arrested during the operation. Authorities seized some 300,000 baht cash and many gambling machines.

 

According to the initial investigation, this gambling den secretly operated since 2020 but it is on and off services all the time.

The RTP seems to be constantly in motion, transferred from one station to another, leaving a trail of slime.

Yes, but that full pay is a pittance. I knew a big fish BiB in the little pond of Pattaya. He was a Thaksin supporter, and when Thaksin was ousted, this guy was rotated to a position, full pay, but none of the real gravy those guys get in the brown envelopes.

 

He had a beautiful wife, several nice condos, cars to match - all gone in the blink of an eye. Being a BiB is a vow of poverty until you start worming in to the inner circles, skimming as much as you can without getting caught.

Transferred just means shuffling the deck ????
