There is a 139 TW property close by the CP Feed factory on Sukumvit Road in Sri Racha. The property shape is basically a square with a small triangle on one side. It is a corner property and it is approximately 1 km from Sukumvit. The asking price is 400K baht. How can I know if this is a fair price? In the states we have all kinds of sources of public records to determine property values, but here, I don't know where to begin. Any suggestions? Thanks!
