I have been living here for nearly 2 years on a No o Imigration Visa issued in England.

I have had two extensions 9 Months and 12 Months

They have been based on K400 in Bank.

I have the money in the bank and require an extension in august.

What paperwork do they require.

Do they still need a letter from the bank.

I presume they willl require copys of bank books.

Marriage Cert

Copy of my 3 year olds Thai Birth Birth Certificate

My Passport.

Will a yellow Tabian Barn be usefull.

Thank you

Should be the same drill. Don't forget the wife. There is a new requirement that the 400k be in account for three months prior to application but so far has not been applied as many people are not aware of the rule yet. They will probably tell you about it when you extend. You should visit with about 3-4 week remaining on your current permitted to stay stamp. They will require the bank letter and passbook/copies. They may not take the marriage/birth certificates but take with you just in case. I would take the yellow book and copy as they may well want to add to there file - especially if you are living there.

Hi Lopburi 3

Is the 400k in the account for anybody or just those renewing? I thought it was now only 40k month income.
