norfolkandchance
Last pension payment was 2 Oct, 28 days would be 30 Oct. Now 31st no payment. Anybody else had a problem. Will call when they are open.
anchadian
You'll possibly receive it later today. It's not unusual for a payment to be a day late due to US/Thai bank holidays.
BlueScouse
I get mine every 4th Tuesday, so 3rd October and 31st. Arrived OK, but my pension is sent to a UK bank.

dick turpin
The clocks went back. one hour at the weekend in the UK, so this will have had a fundamental dynamic on the time continuity.....basically everything gets fugged up.

hotandsticky
Certainly no cause for alarm with one day 'slippage'. I can't see that there was a USA bank holiday that might have caused a delay with the Citibank processing. If not received by tomorrow, that is the time to start thinking about a Life Certificate having been sent and not received.

Please don't embarrass yourself by suggesting that you don't know that Citibank process UK pension payments. Sarcasm only works if you have the wit and intellect to pull it off. Clearly, you are a work in progress. I accept your apology in advance. Edited October 31, 2023 by hotandsticky 1 1 1
