Hi

 

I have just tried to register on the Online TM30 website.

 

I completed the initial details and submitted so that I could receive an email which would verify my email address.

 

I was expecting the email from <removed>to arrive within a few minutes but still nothing in my inbox or spam folder after an hour.

 

So I cant move forward on the TM30 unless I verify my email.

 

So just wondering how long it should take before I receive the email to verify my email?

When I registered a couple of weeks ago, the verification email was received within a couple of minutes. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders. 

 

Yes been checking all folder and nothing, I was also expecting it in a few minutes.

 

I even tried the registration process again and it said that this email was already registered but still needs to be verifyed.

 

So I am stuck until it arrives.

 

Any thoughts of me trying again with an alternative email address but it will be the same name and passport details? I dont want to create a red flag on my details.

UPDATE - I registered again with an alternative email and it worked this time.
