A Thai man last night confessed to being heartbroken and insisted on being jailed after he carried out a robbery at a 7-Eleven convenience store situated within a petrol station in the Bang Khun Tian district of Bangkok.

Four still missing in seas off Jomtien Beach in Sattahip

Emergency workers, including ten divers and jet ski-riders, scoured the waters off Jomtien Beach in Sattahip district of Chon Buri on Tuesday night, looking for four people who are reported to have gone missing after being seen swimming in the sea.

Taiwan seeking answers over hit and run death in Bangkok

Taiwan’s Foreign Ministry has instructed its representative in Bangkok to investigate a car accident, in which an injured Taiwanese tourist was allegedly denied medical treatment by a hospital and died while being transferred to another.

Cabinet Allocates More Budget for Relief of Workers Affected by Unrest in Israel

BANGKOK (NNT) - The Cabinet has approved a proposal from the Ministry of Labor asking the government to allocate 750 million baht from the annual budget for the 2023 fiscal year. The budget will be spent on implementing relief projects for Thai workers affected by the unrest in Israel for the 2024 fiscal year.

More Provinces See Minor Improvement in Air Quality

BANGKOK (NNT) - On December 13, Thailand witnessed a slight improvement in air quality, with dangerous levels of ultrafine dust (PM2.5) reported in 33 out of 77 provinces, a decrease from 47 provinces the previous day.
