On December 12, 2023, the Immigration Bureau made an official announcement, led by Lieutenant General Itthipol Itthisarnratchai, the Director of Immigration, along with Police Lieutenant Colonel Phanthana Nuchnanat, the Deputy Director.

The announcement highlighted the withdrawal of permission for Mr. Wang Hongta, a Chinese national, to stay in the kingdom. Lt. Col. Phanthana explained that the decision to revoke the permit was a result of collaboration between the Immigration Bureau and the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, reported Siam Rath.

Mr. Wang Hongta, a key suspect in a significant case involving fraud against Chinese citizens, had his Chinese passport withdrawn by the Chinese government. He is accused of deceiving Chinese nationals, utilizing Myanmar as a base for illegal activities.

Further investigations revealed that Mr. Wang Hongta entered Thailand with a tourist visa, and his permission to stay in the kingdom had not expired. Hence, the Immigration Bureau sanctioned the cancellation of his permit, deeming him liable for arrest by foreign government authorities.

He is currently under close surveillance, with the police receiving orders to investigate, apprehend, and extradite him for prosecution in the People's Republic of China. The Immigration Bureau collaborated with the Chiang Mai Immigration Office to verify and identify Mr. Wang Hongta's presence in Chiang Mai, leading to the initiation of necessary legal procedures.

The Chinese Communist Party dont' need secret police forces , as they have in other countries, as they have the Govt./RTP on a lead.

If he was in any way supporting opposition to the Myanmar military junta and/or support the armed rebellion against the junta, China will view Wang as an enemy of the Chinese State. And fabricate whatever alleged crimes necessary to have Thailand deport him back to China. As Thailand supports the Myanmar junta along with China, Russia, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Laos and Bangladesh, Thailand will not disclaim the Myanmar junta to preserve "political peace" in the region.

that's not news, we all know Thailand has become China's 23rd province 555

1 out it's like a drop of water in/on the ocean.... many more are undetected and/or protected but looking for them would mean the RTP would have to work and these 2 works (RTP&work) don't go together

Not just China, but the US, etc.
