Android 13 SMS MESSAGES problem

Featured Replies

I had not been receiving top-up SMS from AIS which was no big deal,as I was getting SMS from banks etc.

Don't know if it's coincidence or not but having visited AIS shop where they gave me a new Sim card now I am only receiving banner notifications but no messages in Message app.

Still nothing from AIS.

I have deleted and reinstalled message app, used different message apps, reset networking and default apps.

I have used a different sim card with same result.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Update

AIS put the new sim in my TGF phone for testing purposes.

They left it there,,so my TGF had 2 x 1 2 call sims and I had 2 x data sims......very professional!!

Today got sim cards sorted and now get error message sim card is full delete old messages.

I search my phone I have 6 messages,I search some more and find both sim cards are configured, have now

deconfigured second sim and added my 1 2call number to sim 1.

Sounds good hope it's sorted
