The location of the incident was about 3 kilometers offshore, to the north. The deceased was a bald male aged between 50-60 years old, with features resembling a foreigner. He was found wearing only blue shorts. No identification documents were discovered on him, and no signs of injury or foul play were detected during the initial examination.
