Three core members of the Ratsadon protest group were sentenced to one month in prison and fined 20,000 baht each today, for illegal assembly of more than 10 people when they led a protest at Bangkok’s Ratchaprasong junction and at the Royal Thai Police Office on November 18th, 2020.

The prison terms were suspended on the grounds that the protest at the Royal Thai Police Office, which lasted only 20 minutes, was just a symbolic gesture and was peaceful.

The three protesters are Arnon Nampa, Panupong Jadnok and Atthaphol Buapat.

LM, defamation and computer crimes laws are constantly abused in order to stifle any meaningful change. I do not expect any significant change during my lifetime (maybe 30 years, max).

The government using law to stop freedom of speech

"Other charges filed against them, such as violation of the Emergency Decree, being the organisers of a protest, blocking roads in violation of the traffic law and violations of the cleanliness law, were dismissed by the court."

At the time, the junta went to town on this one. And failed. They'd have been banged up for sure if they were still in power, as a threat to HM, democracy, peace, liberty etc etc. And not forgetting violating the cleanliness law. Hmm. Wonder which section of which statute that comes under?
