The Brothers Gibb were born on The Isle of Mann, so technically they're Manx not British. Their initial success as The Bee Gees was in Australia (Spicks and Specks in 1966), when they use to live as a family in Moreton Bay. They moved to the UK in 67 and 10 years later when mega when Saturday Night Fever was released in 67. 1
