House Speaker Wan Muhamad Noor Matha said today that he is not sure yet whether the Constitutional Court’s ruling will bar parliament from debating the lèse majesté issue, as he is waiting for the full text of the court’s ruling.

The constitutional court still appears to be rigged.

I watched the presumably chairperson of the CC reading out what appeared to be the CCs verdict, but all in Thai. On YT. I'd like to see a transcript also.

Rules can be waived, relaxed, amended or changed. They should not fall under the Thailand Penal Code that would involve the Executive Branch, ie., Ministry of Justice for enforcement. But I expect a majority vote of at least the House would be required for any alteration. If required by the full NLA, then include voting by the Senate. But at best such a vote would be on the record for every MP.
