The incident occurred at 4:00 PM today (February 14th) in front of Tawan Naville Village, Khlong 8, Lam Phak Kut Subdistrict, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province. The armed teenagers were riding Honda Wave motorcycles, one blue with a Bangkok license plate, the other white and red without a license platem reported Siam Rath. Mr. Winai Khiawsaad, the volunteer, stated that he was driving to pick up patients in the area affected by the accident to take them to the hospital when he encountered the teenagers brandishing knives. He then instructed his friend to immediately notify the police authorities in the area.
