The preparatory meeting, held on Tuesday, February 14th, at Pattaya City Hall, saw Deputy Mayor Mr. Kritsana Boonsawat leading discussions with various stakeholders. According to Mr. Kritsana, the parade, organized jointly by Pattaya City and the Father Ray Foundation, will take place on March 17th, 2024, along Pattaya Beach Road. (Yes, the Saint was a He/Him X & Y) He seems to get HIS parades approved by city hall on a monthly basis.
