The quality ones -- with which I have a lot of experience -- are from HemoCue company based in Sweden. https://www.hemocue.com/en/solutions/hematology/hemocue-hb-201plus-system Make sure you get full set including the microcuvettes as cannot be used without them. The Closest Lab from me is 76km, so 3 hours round trip. Just measure to have an feeling I hydrates enough when I have high levels 16,5 - 18 g/dl. A side effect of trt If all you want to do is assess your hydration, just go by amount, frequency and color of urine. Especially color. The lighter, the better.
