Where should I go in case I win the first prize in the Thai lottery? Do I collect the total amount or are there taxes to pay on the amount? Thank you

Where are you located? Here in Pattaya there are several locations for those who are blessed with good luck. 

 

Sadly, the only luck I have is bad luck. 😞

Small wins which is about as close as most get, are paid out by local agents.

Some charge a very small fee.
