At noon, the Pattaya Police Station received a report of a disheveled man brandishing a large knife and acting erratically. Authorities immediately went to the mentioned location and also brought with them necessary riot gear. Upon arrival, authorities encountered a shirtless man with a large knife in his hand. As the man noticed the approaching police, he attempted to flee across the road. However, officers swiftly intercepted him in a nearby alley beside a hotel. By using restraining equipment, they successfully subdued and secured him. I read yesterday on a local forum that there was a foreigner in the same area begging for money and food, he had no money. Maybe this crazy Thai guy was looking for him.
