Look at what this guy did. He's a total dick too and insists he did no wrong. Not only does he build his shop right up to the street and over the public sidewalk but uses the electric pole as part of the support structure. I see encroachment on public land all the time in Thailand but this is so insane even the normally docile Thai authorities won't let it stand.
