The Mayor Opens One Day Seminar On Food Hygiene And Preparation For Beach Food Vendors

We are now just a few months away from the High Season period here in Pattaya and Khun Niran, the Mayor of Pattaya chaired this meeting attended by food vendors from Pattaya and Jomtien Beaches to discuss food hygiene and pricing control.

Khun Dusit, a senior Pharmacist from Banglamung Hospital was guest speaker at the event and explained the importance of food hygiene and gave delegates suggestions on food storage and stock control. Khun Niran, stressed the importance of offering well prepared and fresh food at a fair price, especially during the coming months when Tourist numbers significantly increase.
