Getting around Yasothon .

Featured Replies

Hi All , a bit of local knowledge goes  a long way 🙂

A friend and I are visiting Yasothon for the rocket festival next week and once parked up we do not want to use our motorbikes again until it is time to  leave  (beers beer more beer time loll)_  .and I have a few questions to ask.

1...  Can I use my   grab or bolt app to order a   taxi there.??

2. What can I expect to pay to get from JP Emerald Hotel to the Park where the giant toad is (just so I know when I am getting ripped off )?.

3.. Are motorbike  taxis readily available ?

4.. Can any one recommend a local driver with telephone number who can shuttles us around the city .

5..Is there a half decent Indian restaurant in the city if so name and location please

Cheers and thx in advance 🙂

To the best of my knowledge there are no Bolt or Grab services available in Yasothon city but then I always drive myself when in town.

I would ask at reception and try and secure the services of a Samlor.

The last time I was there for the Bang Fai the road between the hotel and the park was for pedestrians only.

It's walkable if you are able, probably take 20 to 25 minutes.
