like in most western countrys you can just "register the juristic person" under the lastname self, and assign then to this a brandname or "company name" or "operation-name" ..

there are posibillitys like this out there in thailand as well ??

he advised me once on being set up as a sole contractor. Easy to do for a Thai and does all the things you mentioned. Huge tax advantages in it as well.
