Where are the affordable condos that are near Siam or Asoke?

Featured Replies

Hello, guys. I am looking for a condo in Bangkok. I found most of them are around 20K - 30K baht. I wonder if you guys have found condos that cost at most 11K baht. Thanks for all your help. Cheers.

It depends on the size, and prices lower futher from BTS and once in ekamai - prakanong - on nut area

You are not going to find cheap, good accommodations at that price.  You need to ask why you need accommodations right there with BTS. You can live anywhere along the line.  Khu Kot has 10K up the hoop, but you must be willing to sit on the BTS.

Look at Thonburi Khu Kot  bang sue areas close to the BTS.

Check out Renthub, you can search by BTS/MRT station and there are filters by price, distance fron the station, etc, etc.  There are many rentals in your price range. Here is a BTS Siam result

I lived there when I first came to Bangkok.  Horrible place.  Only redeeming feature was the price and location.

A lot of those cheaper central buildings are over run with india/pakistan etc. Sukhumvit Suites is another one.

When I lived there is had no Indians or Pakistanis, only Thai girls and a few western farangs.

On Nuts or further out if you want cheap.

Sitting on someone's nuts to save a few baht? Makes no sense unless someone is already gay or bi.

I used to live on Soi 16 in an older apartment block. Damned if I can remember the name though. Sorry.

Just came back to me - Lin Court.

Just found it on the internet.

Warning - it did not look that 'posh' when I lived there so rents may be stupid now.

You just got to get out and look but if you're looking for a tiny little apartment renting for 4 to $6 on THB you're going to have a difficult time with the management unless you speak fluent time. I expect as soon as you ask they will say - tehm laew. Full
