More than once my posts were pulled for referring to 45 as a felon. No longer, he is now a convicted felon.

 

Yes he can appeal, but right here and now, he is a convicted felon.

I placed a vomit bag next to my chair and switched over to Fox Not News to get their take, and all they have is "Hunter Biden!" I damned near expected to hear "But her emails!"
