The holder of the Education visa must leave the country before applying for a Non-B.

 

Should their Education visa be cancelled before they leave and apply? Or can they obtain the Non-B then cancel the Ed visa when they return.

 

We asked an officer at Chaeng Wattana today and they were typically unsure and vague and said either could be done.
