It should be easy to find.

I rediscovered bread which I had not eaten for many years. Available in Villa Market.

The good thing about it is that I can keep it in the shelf forever. And when I am hungry it's right there.

I'm not sure I would call that bread. Crispbread, perhaps, or crackers.

 

Judging from the ingredients list which I looked up, it must be healthy.

—  Rye bran

—  Salt

—  Yeast

Marginal if any, compared to my homemade bread (no sugar)

Water salt & yeast, being equal

 

Bread is simply the conveyance of what we put on it
