Hi!

I am currently doing research for my small business (Ltd.) located in the United Kingdom. I am researching the possibilities of giving communication training courses once a year in Thailand.

Sales will occur via online credit card payment on our website. Most of our customers won't be Thai, but people flying to attend the training from other parts of the world, other asian countries, or expats. We will do our billing from the UK office.

Is there anything holding me back just selling my training once a year in Thailand from my UK business?

Or is it absolutely required to start a Thai branch, to stay legal? (I do see lots of information on this website how to start a company within thailand.)

What about sales tax? We want to stay fully legal as a company.

If it is required to work via a Thai owned business. Any advise on possible agents perhaps to work with, cost and logistics involved etc. As it is only once a year, I do not want to have to much hassle or cost involved. Otherwise it is not really my worth wile.

Thanks much!

Syd
